Summary: Good experience. Would go back. Did not have pets. Went to concert and stayed the night. Wasn’t there long. Close to the concert venue and had so many restaurants and places to go and shopping very close . Could walk. Would recommend and would stay again!

Summary: Room had a musty odor when we came in. Floors/carpets were dirty when we entered the hallway from outside. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Summary: Natosha at the front desk was friendly and helpful from the beginning, and when checking out she even asked if the dogs enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, and the kitchenette was great for making meals.

Summary: The cleaniness, especially in my room, was excellent. I never got the lights above the bed to work. I reported it to the front desk, and they were to check on it, and never did. The only thing needing an update was the hallway. It seemed rundown, and very scuffed up on the walls, and dark. Overall, it was a good stay, with the staff very friendly, and I liked the room.

Summary: Our flight was changed so we got in at 7am instead of noon. The person at the front desk was really nice and let us check in as soon as we arrived. The pool was clean and the hotel was overall really quiet. Breakfast was good.

Summary: My room was great and very clean. The breakfast was good and had more diverse offerings than I’ve seen at some other hotels. One thing that annoyed me was the smell of my building. It smelled like skunk when you walked in on the first floor. I wasn’t on the first floor and room didn’t smell except one time it came through the ventilation. Also, the elevator did not work in my building for my entire stay but I’m okay with stairs. Might be difficult for someone older carrying luggage. They never labeled that it was broken. Some wear and tear on the walls of the hallways makes the property look a little dingy - it’s from the cleaning carts hitting the wall. One night I was awakened at 2pm by people outside in the courtyard area. They weren’t yelling, just talking loud but the walls seem to be pretty thin. Overall a good stay though. Quiet for the most part except when people were in the pool or courtyard area.

Summary: Not the best I’ve stayed at as there were a lot of strange people coming in and out of the hotel. Power went out 5 minutes after we got there which was scary and weird. Neighbor had a dog that barked all day and people were constantly slamming doors. Our pull out couch had no sheets. Did like the big fridge and stove

Summary: Didn’t catch the clerk’s name when we checked in but he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and made the process seamless. Property was clean and in a great area. Next to a malll and plenty of restaurants.
